Ear Ache/Infection? Combine 1 drop Basil, Melaleuca and Lavender with a little carrier oil and rub around the rim of ear, behind ear and just inside. Apply every 4-6 hours. You can also apply to a cotton ball and place over ear opening overnight. Never drop essential oils into the ear.
1. Cotton Ball Remedy
2-3 drops of any one or mixture of these oils: basil, roman chamomile, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, melaleuca. Any or all, work with what you have.
Apply essential oil(s) onto one cotton ball. Place in the external opening of the infected ear. Repeat 3 times per day or as needed.
2. Hot Compress
3-5 drops lavender and/or chamomile
Soak a cloth in very hot water, ringing out the excess. Drop your essential oils onto the hot cloth. Apply gently to the affected ear as often as desired.
3. Ear Relief Roller Bottle Blend
Ingredients
10 ml roller bottler
2-5 drops lavender
2-5 drops basil
